For years, UPS marketing and sales teams wanted to build a “Spotify-esque Year-in-Review” styled campaign but could not due to internal reasons. Enter Phuong — I couldn’t understand why given the treasure trove of data, customer ID-capabilities, and overall team expertise why this project couldn’t work. So I spent a little under a year getting buy-in, working with the data team, scrubbing data again and again and getting agency support to deliver a truly personalized email campaign - literally the first of its kind at the enterprise. I showed that it CAN be done and CAN be scaled thanks to my product marketing prowess, negotiation skills, and overall enthusiasm to get this project done.

And the results?

Measurable. With key indicators built in to monitor behavior not just immediately after receiving the email but for months afterwards to see if it affected general account spend.
