Marketing is a team sport but my role rarely shows up in the replay. What I do is not glamorous, suspenseful, or easy to explain in twenty seconds of air time. But it's essential.

Product marketing — or Phuong — is the one who puts forth the context, validates the proof points, clarifies the vision, and presents it all with the kind of charisma and documentation that can align the team. All so that when it's time to move, we move together as one.
